Appointments need to be made 24 hours in advance.

Sugar Baby Wax has a 24 hour Cancellation policy that is enforced with all its new, regular clients and voucher/coupon clients.

When scheduling your appointment you will be asked to reserve your appointment time with a credit card even if you are using a promotional voucher. Your credit card will only be charged in the event of a "NO SHOW" of appointment or CANCELLATION with less than 24 hours notice. A charge of $1 per minute of the service time reserved will apply. For example, a 30 minute service will result in a $30 service charge.

**At 15 minutes past your appointment time, it will be considered a "NO SHOW" and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for another day. A charge of the full service price will apply.

**All voucher offers have a promotional value and once expired, appropriate credit will be given and the remainder of the service balance will be paid at the time of the service.

A "NO SHOW" of an appointment will result in loss of voucher/coupon value.

If you have made an appointment and have "NO SHOWED" or Cancelled the same day or less than 24 hours, Sugar Baby Wax reserves the right to charge your credit card hold up to the full amount of service and or service time you scheduled. Even if your are using a voucher/coupon this still applies.

At Sugar Baby Wax we try to stay on time---but we also take our time with our guest. So, please be understanding if you have to wait. We will make it up to you when it is your turn!
