​What is a  Brazilian wax?
at Sugar Baby Wax, this service removes all hair in the bikini line area, as well as genitals and  all the way back to the buttocks(top only not full butock waxing) and anus.  In other words, everything goes!  If you are interested in this service,  you  will be asked to  assume various positions in order to achieve complete hair removal.   Please remember this is considered standard in the industry.  We do Brazilian waxing on male and female clients.  Also a "landing strip" with remainder hair off we consider a Brazilian.



Will my Brazilian Wax hurt?

After just one wax session your re-growth will be much thinner, finer and softer.  That is one of the major benefits.  With continued waxing, you may even experience significant reduction in re-growth. Which makes it easier and less painful if you keep up with regular waxes. Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours before your wax. Take a mild anti-inflammatory medication (like Ibuprofen)1-hour prior to your appointment. Most women find waxing to be very tolerable.

Is waxing Sanitary?

We have a very strict “No Double Dipping Policy” when we use wax from our universal wax warmers that contain our hard candy wax paste.  We also wear non-latex gloves for your protection and comfort.

How Long Should I wait between waxing appontments?We recommend coming in every 4 weeks.  If you keep your appointments at 4 week intervals, the charge will be less because  the appointment will take less time. The hair must be at least  1/4  inch long to wax.  After 7 weeks we consider this a fully grown back and does not qualify for reawards credit.

Can I get waxed while I'm on my period?

You can still get waxed while you are on your period. We just suggest that you wear a tampon. You are a lot more sensitive during this time. With the extra blood flow in the area, sometimes our clients may even bruise.

How long will my wax last?

Depending on your rate of hair growth, the average you should be hair-free for at least 2 to 3 weeks.  Most people do well on a waxing schedule of every 4-6 weeks.

I’m Pregnant can I get waxed?

Brazilian Waxing during your pregnancy is perfectly normal and not harmful to you or your baby at all. We are highly experienced with waxing moms-to-be. Your skin may be a little more sensitive during this special time. We suggest asking your Dr. for any other concerns.

What about Ingrown Hairs?

EXFOLIATE, EXFOLIATE, EXFOLIATE!!! We advise “ALL” individuals who receive body waxing to exfoliate on a daily basis. You “WILL” get ingrown hairs if you’re not exfoliating!!  We recommend using a strong bristled brush along with our natural treatment exfoliation spray. We will discuss these issues during your waxing appointment.

 

 

What is Vajazzling?..Discontinued till further notice.

Vajazzling is adding jewels to appear more attractive after your Brazilian Wax. Basically it’s the latest trend in Hollywood.  We have a selection of pre-made Swarovski Crystal designs to select from.  Please note we do reserve the right to discontinue this service at anytime.  Also we will only apply the applique to the top area/mound area of the Brazilian.
